In this episode, I’m diving into the journey from self-gaslighting to building new patterns of positivity through powerful affirmations. After last week’s episode, your responses blew me away, and it’s clear that more of us need these tools in our everyday lives. I’m sharing what’s worked for me and, of course, some science-backed wisdom from Dr. Caroline Leaf on how our brains respond to intentional thought.

Today I talk about:

  1. Spotting the signs of self-gaslighting and how it sneaks into our lives.
  2. Using positive affirmations as more than feel-good words—learning how to make them stick.
  3. The science behind affirmations and how Dr. Caroline Leaf’s work on neuroplasticity sheds light on changing our thought patterns.
  4. My clear vision process, beginning with “eliminate ambiguity” and moving toward real clarity and change.

If you’re tired of those old, nagging thoughts and ready to replace them with new, powerful beliefs, this episode is for you. Let’s work together to uncover the patterns that need to go and start building a mindset that aligns with who you truly are. Listen in to learn how I’m doing it and how you can too.
