It can be difficult sometimes to understand the customer's perceptions. You and your staff can do everything that you are used to doing for golfers and someone can have a poor experience. Or you can have a customer fall through the communication chain and not know about some issues that can throw off their round.

How you respond can make or break the future relationship with the customer and anyone that they come in contact with.
