Humble The Poet is an artist and international best-selling author of How to Be Love(d). He joins me on this episode to share some of the key takeaways from the research behind this book and his deep exploration of love.

A major part of Humble’s process was becoming aware of the stories that we've been conditioned to believe represent love, especially in pop culture and family dynamics. He breaks down his framework for recognizing these old patterns and cultivating healthier beliefs around love.

We all have the power to transform and heal so that we can create authentic, healthy relationships. In our conversation, Humble expands on some of the practices that help him tap into new layers of self-respect and self-love. He also imparts so much wisdom about nurturing and empowering yourself, which ultimately opens you up to give and receive genuine love.
