It was a breath of fresh air to have Zak Abel join me on this week’s episode. Fresh off the stage from performing at the King’s Coronation concert, to releasing a brand new single, to prepping for his upcoming Autumn tour, Zak is a very talented man!
We talk all about his early career as a table tennis champion (!!), why he’s into healthy eating, the reasons he turned vegan and we have an absolute barrel of laughs putting the world to rights, debating whether Worcestershire sauce is the best or worst thing to happen to us all!!
