Welcome to a special edition of Candid Conversations with Shaun Pianta.

This special episode reflects on NAIDOC week as we celebrate and recognise the history, culture, and achievements of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.

This year’s theme chosen by the National NAIDOC Committee, is Keep the Fire Burning! Blak, Loud & Proud.

Our guest for this episode was atWork Australia's Indigenous Connections team member and proud Indigenous man, Cale M. Cale shares some traditions from his cultural background, the lessons he has learnt from his elders and why he is so proud to be an Indigenous man.

Today and every day, atWork Australia acknowledges the ongoing contributions of our First Nations people throughout various internal and external initiatives. This includes internal RAP groups, specialised service offerings to support our First Nations clients to transition and thrive within employment, as well as the employment of Indigenous team members, like Cale.
