I think this is the worst of all things about coaching.

When a client isn't making progress, they've been with you for some time, but they just haven't got a result.

But the thing is, they haven't followed a single thing you've told them to do.

No matter what you try, they just won't follow your plan. Then they have the audacity to moan at you that they're not making progress and almost guilt trip you into the fact that they're unhappy and for some reason it's your fault...

When this happened to me, it wasn't just the fact that I was kinda worried that this person was probably gonna ask for a refund (even though they didn't warrant it)

I was just fed up of banging my head against a wall, and us getting nowhere. It took the fun out of coaching and I had a huge amount of resentment towards these people who had stamped all over what was once exciting for me.

But I realised, I had missed something! This one thing, this secret as to why they weren't adhering.

And as soon as I began implementing it, it's like someone switched on the lights and everything change. They started following my plans, they started getting results!

But more importantly... that spark came back for me.

In this episode I run through the one secret I learned and you can use today as to why your clients aren't following the plan, and what you can do to fix it TODAY!
