Today we interview the hugely successful Sports Psychologist and Team Manager Frank Trötschkes.
Frank has coached Olympic Gold Medallists, European and World cup winning athletes in various sports, and is renowned for his long term relationship with Swiss Slalom racing sensation Ramon Zenhäusern.
Frank talks us through his memorable career highlights and the key ingredients necessary to become a top coach in today's environment , as well as a small insight into how he helps top athletes perform to the very best of their abilities.
I have known Frank for almost 20 years and many of the methods and strategies I use today in my coaching I have learned directly from him.
