Fatty15 is a commercial name for a supplement that contains pentadecanoic acid, a type of odd-chain saturated fatty acid (OCFA) found in trace amounts in dairy fat and some plants. It has gained attention due to its potential health benefits, which differ from those of more common even-chain fatty acids. Fatty15 is the only pure C15:0 on the market.
