Christmas will soon be here many will overeat not exercise drink too much alcohol and be silly this is fine but if you’d like to lose weight then here’s my top tips make sure that you eat foods which are protein foods which are animal foods more than vegetables carbohydrate foods like bread pasta rice by reducing your carbohydrate intake you will find that you will put on less weight if you make sure you drink spirits and not beer and wine you’ll find that you will put on less weight to try and eat organic as much as you possibly can and exercise more 15 to 20 minutes if you are gonna indulge and enjoy Xmas just make sure that you exercise and reduce carbohydrate intake many people lay on the sofa watching the TV not realising that they’re storing the calories instead of burning them so make sure you move more Next thing you could try is fasting on the days that you’ve got a hangover so you can limit the amount of your body stores as fat oh wait I hope you enjoy my podcast please give me a review on On Apple podcast it will be mostly appreciated please check out my book holistic health for proper geezers classy ladies get the body and fitness you want now and I look forward to sharing my latest podcast on Wednesday --- Send in a voice message: https://podcasters.spotify.com/pod/show/scott-bryant6/message
