As a leader, we all want our organizations to grow. When I was handed the reigns at Abundant Life Church, I never would have expected it would be the same year of the COVID-19 pandemic.
While other churches were shuttering their doors, we remained open–while taking precautionary measures–and in that time, our church body grew 400% and is still growing today.
Let’s be honest: the Bible is clear that God is the one who adds to the church, but there are things we have to do if we want to see growth.
These are the ten things I did that helped grow my church; and while it is not a one-size-fits-all approach, these ideas can help any organization grow if implemented.
