Choosing to Stay or Leave: An especially poignant decision working women consider every single day.
What if an annual evaluation question were: “Why do you choose to stay?”.
What if there was a reframe to reflect value and appreciation instead of shame and demoralization?
When did our relational model shift to transactional and disconnected, away from humanistic and communal?
