In this episode my friend Ren from the Tiktok account @ren.aissancewoman, a childhood survivor of both Munchausen by Proxy syndrome and Narcissistic Abuse, and I talk and and have informative rant sessions about Borderline Personality Disorder, how it can contribute to or be caused by Narcissistic Abuse, how it might affect Munchausen By Proxy syndrome or be caused by it, and how all three of these things could possibly intertwine in some cases. And that's not all, we also touch on toxic and narcissistic parenting as well as hitting home with stories from our own trauma-filled pasts. Proceed with caution, the conversations in this episode, while informative, get extremely intense. Especially myself, when I'm passionate I tend to raise my voice so headphone users and those who are triggered by loud voices may want to be careful. *IMPORTANT NOTES- In editing this episode I realized that I repeatedly used the term ASPD to refer to Autism Spectrum Disorder, which is not accurate. I believe it was the "Sp" in Spectrum that led me to say ASPD, which actually is used for AntiSocial Personality Disorder, rather than ASD which is the actual acronym for Autism Spectrum Disorder. I will be sure to be wary of my terminology more so in the future, however I was not able to edit the "P" out or re-record this nearly two hour long episode. I apologize and I will not make this mistake in the future. My recording equipment is not great currently and there were a couple of connection issues at certain points so there a few points in the episode with multiple seconds of sudden silence but luckily nothing important is missing.
