Stephanie was diagnosed with coeliac disease at the age of 27. Through a carnivore diet, she not only healed the coeliac disease, but also the pre-hashimotos and pre-diabetes she had been diagnosed with, along with many other symptoms.

Stephanie was born and raised in Germany. She is a Mom, martial artist, ninja warrior, snowboard instructor, school bus driver, pianist and actor. She owns a martial art academy where she trains people to defend themselves and attain a positive body image through exercise.
