Sometimes the most frustrating part of making healthy changes is figuring out how to measure them. There are seemingly a million different tests and measurements out there, but which ones really matter?

Listener Bobbi Jo had the same question: “What is the best indicator of health? BMI? The scale? Or is it something else completely???”
