Each day I share my 2-card oracle reading inspired by Susannah Conway.

The first card relates to the self. Kind of like a weather report.

The second card is about daily guidance.

I will also give you Body Love tools inspired by my reading that you can use to help support and guide you during this pandemic.

Here are some Body Love tools that were inspired by my oracle card reading today:

Internal

Inner Guidance System: Keep doing the practice from yesterday and practice using the inner guidance system that you have. Start asking yourself yes/no questions throughout the day - ie: "Do I want more chocolate?", "Should I take on a new project at work?", "Could my husband looks after the kids while I go for a walk?". Tune into your natural response to the questions you ask and follow your truth. (Body Love Method - Intention)

Sadness: Play a song that touches your heart. Put your hand on your heart and sing along or sway to the music. When it's finished, visualise the colour green and say to yourself, "I am loved". This is a beautiful way to support your heart chakra. (The Body Love Method - Chakras)
