It got me thinking about how often we hold back for fear of looking silly, sounding stupid or being judged.
I’ll share my reflections on the importance of embracing our true selves, dancing like no one’s watching (metaphorically and literally!), and finding joy in authenticity. I’ll also get personal about my own struggles with people-pleasing and the journey to reclaiming my joy and authenticity.
