The energy in the world today can create such a disconnect from ourselves. I have seen this topic come up so often lately through connecting with my community on Instagram, with one on one private clients, and with the soulies in the soul room.

Are you feeling disconnected and overwhelmed? I am right there with you.

We end up feeling disconnected when we deposit our energy, awareness, and consciousness into the world outside of us.

In this episode, I really wanted to give you a beautiful understanding of how we can prevent disconnect by fortifying our connection to ourselves through our daily practices.

In every moment we get to choose how am I going to feel today? What am I choosing to experience today? Don’t forget the power you have - choice.

Picture a castle. Our daily practices are the foundations. These foundations need to be fortified, strengthened, and given energy through time and nourishment every single day so that we can build our lives on top of them.

I will share with you daily practices to help you carve out time each day to connect with yourself.

I really encourage you to write these daily practices down, work on fortifying your castle, and commit to doing them for 7 days.
