Join Zan Tyler as she welcomes Dr. Robert Jackson to the podcast. Listen in as this family practice physician shares his inspiring journey into medicine, relates his compelling and sometimes funny love story, and reveals how he discovered homeschooling in the Middle East. Robert and Carlotta homeschooled their nine children from kindergarten through high school. They view their home as a sanctuary and a place of learning, love, and laughter for all of their children, including two born with serious medical issues and special needs. The Jacksons focused on developing deep relationships with their children and imparting a biblical worldview to them. Robert says, “When the children got up in the morning and had the very first hour of the day, I wanted them to spend it with me. I had a Bible study with them first thing at breakfast every day for all of their growing up years.”
