Reetu Raina, Head of Talent Management, talks to Itzhak Tueg, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) Implementation Manager, about the opportunities for upskilling and why it’s valuable to our careers. With a more than twenty-year career in software, Itzhak started in the testing domain and today manages production. Itzhak believes that his progress is due to upskilling which added knowledge to his career.
