Join Reetu Raina as she interviews Shir Erlichman, an HR Partner at Amdocs who has been with the company for three years. Shir most recently completed her MSc in Organizational Behavior at Tel Aviv University. As a Gen Z herself, Shir discusses with Reetu her career at Amdocs and shares some of the challenges that she has faced and how her career is a combination of both choice and chance.
