Womxn are less likely than men to hold leadership positions, but the intersection of race and gender can increase this already negative impact for womxn of color. The impact of the gender leadership gap for womxn of color will be brought to the forefront through this podcast where womxn will be educated on the topic and given resources to combat the patriarchy.
