We probably have all been there at some point!
Whether in business, relationships, health etc, it’s easy to see others who we perceive to be ‘better’ than us, more ‘successful’ than us. The list goes on!
It’s a wonderful thing to look to others for inspiration, to gain ideas and feel empowered.
BUT (and there’s a big one… baby’s got back 😂)… all too often, our perceived idea of others is merely a glimpse into the best parts of their life. We can end up comparing our reality to someone else’s highlight reel.
