Good morning, everyone! It's time for your daily weather update for the always bustling and exciting Washington D.C.
Today, expect some sunshine with a high around 60 degrees. Don't forget to bring a light jacket, as the north wind will be blowing at 6 to 10 miles per hour.
As we head into tonight, the skies will remain mostly clear with temperatures dipping down to around 40 degrees. The northeast wind will be around 6 miles per hour, eventually calming down as the evening progresses.
Moving on to Monday, it's looking mostly sunny with a high near 67. The wind will shift to a calm breeze in the morning, becoming a gentle southward flow at 5 to 8 miles per hour in the afternoon.
Looking ahead to the rest of the week, we see a mix of sun and rain making an appearance. Tuesday brings a slight chance of rain in the afternoon, with temperatures reaching up to 75 degrees.
By Wednesday, be prepared for showers likely to make an appearance after 9pm, continuing through Thursday with breezy conditions. Don't forget your umbrella!
And as we approach the weekend, Saturday is looking bright and sunny with a high near 68. Enjoy the sunshine, but brace yourself for a bit of breeze.
