He has been in real estate as a career in his entire professional life. He started out selling single-family homes in the 3rd most competitive market in the country. He was able to become a top producer within his 2nd year at the largest firm in the area.

Through that experienced, he realized there was a difference between being rich and being wealthy. He started to look for ways to turn his high transactional income into long-term wealth so he could start to buy back his life.

After he discovered this niche in passive real estate investing he dove in with both feet, now doing everything he can to spread the word about this investing type because he truly believe if all the career-driven professionals understood it and knew about it, there isn't anyone wouldn't participate.
