My guest today is Donna Kerr. Donna is a founder of the DMK Finance – property specialist broker.

• Donna has always had a unique passion for finance and unrivalled customer service, DMK Finance is a commercial brokerage that offers the old-fashioned type of relationships similar to those clients once had with their banks before digitalisation of banking operating models.
• Commercial Banker with extensive credit/industry knowledge & experience financing businesses across all sector
• Donna has held senior leadership posts at Lloyds Banking Group, Blackhorse Finance, RBS and Clydesdale Bank
• Donna has also built Bank of Scotland Broker Intermediary Proposition in 2011 and led a team of Business Development Directors to 2017 – Hugely successful in Scotland.
• Donna has been headhunted to launch Cambridge & Counties Property Bank into the Scottish market in July 19 to 20 Nov 21 & during Covid single handed delivered multi million property transactions + launched their Intermediary proposition.
• Over her career in banking Donna has been involved with leading business with loan books of up £2.5bn & assisted business clients with multi –millions business and property loans during her career
• Donna launched DMK Finance Jan 2022 & to date has assisted clients obtain finance from £100k to £50m loans and to date has delivered multi million loan transactions from Bridging/Development/Investment Loans and structured multiple complex business deals from MBO.
