What do you hold when the paradigm in which you have existed within begins to fall apart? As the old releases we can come home to the language of our soul that reminds us that the old is unraveling as the newness is unfolding and in this in-between space we are safe and we are guided. Anchoring trust as new foundations are developing in how we celebrate ourselves, in trust, gratitude, new foundations of honoring ourselves, and stepping into our wild beauty to make waves in the world.
