We continue our People & HR mini series talking about facing employers after career breaks with successful explanations, transitions from one career path to another and also about building robust systems to manage employee wellness and implement systems at scale.

Our guest is Hari Subramanian, an XLRI alumnus with 11+ years of experience in HR & Business roles across organizations like the Mahindra Group, Amazon etc. Hari is passionate about writing and is the author of the best-seller book “Hilarious MBA Memoirs”, a satirical take on B-school life.

Currently based in Sheffield (U.K), Hari works as an independent consultant and double hats as a stay-at-home dad. Hear him talk about:
