RJ Lange is the innovative founder of LUSH LLC, based in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, where he focuses on revolutionizing homebuilding with sustainable practices. His work emphasizes the use of green materials, minimal waste production, and the promotion of generational wealth through homeownership. With a mission to educate others on sustainable construction methods, RJ leads initiatives aimed at reshaping traditional building practices.

Prior to LUSH LLC, founded in June 2021, RJ gained a robust background in finance, having served as a Senior Benefits Analyst at Brown & Brown Insurance and an Employee Benefits Consultant at Ansay & Associates. His financial expertise is complemented by a Bachelor's Degree in Finance from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and relevant industry licenses.

In addition to his professional endeavors, RJ is dedicated to community service and has contributed as a fundraiser for Alex's Lemonade Stand Foundation and as an event coordinator for Mel's Charities. His range of skills includes business consulting, interior design, and real estate management, making him a pivotal figure in the drive towards sustainable housing solutions.
