In this episode, danNY + Jen unpack motherhood and caregiving with four “Sheroes” - Corey, Casey, Bec and Soraya, hearing how they individually hold down the fort in the wake of COVID-19, how they are navigating their roles as moms and caregivers, what they take most pride in, and the fundamental morals and lessons they are instilling and/or plan to instill in their kids from their parents.
Later in this episode, danNY + Jen kill a commonly used title in relation to moms, giving it the "Death Sentence" and eliminating the phrase of the week from usage.
In the last segment of the show, Jen takes us on a a special “Ground Down” guided meditation, giving gratitude to moms and caregivers.
