Lucinda Douglas is known throughout Europe as the "Yes You Can Woman" because of her tenacity and drive to win and never give up in life. She's a business and life coach in the Netherlands, who works with executive women and female business leaders throughout Europe and Africa.
She and I sat down to have this conversation in the middle of the pandemic and we talked about everything from getting unstuck in life, to marrying the person you need, even when you don't believe it's the right person for you, to pivoting during crisis. This was a timeless conversation.
We laughed, we shared and we learned some new things from one another, but most importantly, we both walked away believing that the human spirit really can survive and overcome absolutely anything with a determined mindset.
