Sarah Kaler was a woman on the fast track to success. She rose quickly through the ranks at Lululemon Athletica and in positions such as Director of Global Retail Training and Area Director of Northern USA Operations, she led the company through a time of rapid growth in North America and international expansion. A serious health challenge forced her to change her attitude about leadership and redesign her life.
