It’s been nearly nine years since Stephen — a teenager from Hampton County with high aspirations to become a doctor one day… ground zero of Murdaugh territory — was found dead in the road, less than a mile from his home. While the murders of Maggie and Paul Murdaugh have brought a new focus to Stephen’s investigation — which had gone cold almost immediately — Stephen’s mother is no closer to getting the answers she so desperately wants.
