How many times do you feel triggered when you compare yourself to others? Does comparing yourself to other entrepreneurs, people you meet, friends, family members spark you into an inner dialogue with your inner critic? And what good does that to your self worth? Does it trigger feelings of not feeling good enough?

Personal development is well, personal. But one of the biggest lessons I learned when I embarked my journey to a stress free life is that I am not comparing myself to others anymore.

And I would strongly advice you break with this "Comparison habit" as well.

In this episode, I delve into breaking the comparison habit and stepping into your true authentic self. Discover why Human Design is called the science of differentiation in personal development. I And learn you why comparing yourself to others hinders growth and holds you back. There is also a journaling exercise in this episode if you want to practically use a prompt that will help you with taming your inner critic!

I mention the concept of Luck (Gate 46) and Risk (Gate 28). If you want to see how these themes are defined in your Human Design chart, go to https://www.palmtreemoments.com/chart to download your personal chart based on your birth day, birth time & birth place.

I am curious to hear of this episode resonates with you. You can leave me a voicenote via https://www.speakpipe.com/palmtreemoments.
