Hey everyone! Super excited about today's guest on the podcast. It is the one and only Founder & President of Deschutes Brewery Gary Fish. This guy started the craft brewing scene in Bend back in 1986. And he's built the empire that we all know as Deschutes Brewery. With epic beers like Black Butte Porter and Fresh Squeezed IPA the list goes on and on. Actually their brewery is just on the other side of our studio right here. So I was just like, why don't we get Gary on? We get into some really awesome educational stuff on how to build a business from the ground up. Going into how he was looking to have just a successful pub. But guess what? It wasn't successful. But the beer was. So he pivoted, and BOOM! Now we have Deschutes. Get into a lot of stuff on how he ticks. I hope you're able to pick up some of this stuff and apply it in your own business leader enterprises.
