They chat about the importance of belonging, what happiness is and how Adrian's understanding of wellbeing has evolved since the first edition of the book was published in 2018.
Adrian is the founder of Teachappy and has been teaching children and adults about happiness and wellbeing since 2010. He is also a part-time teacher, author, lead curriculum designer and dad to two young boys.
