Interview with Justin Proulx from New Freedom AZ. New Freedom is a recovery and support system for those reentering the community from prison. They work with people who are willing to seek and learn a new way to live and work.

Justin started working with them to develop trades & skills training programs and tile is one of the trades! They have a high success rate and we spoke about the why behind their high success rate.

Justin is someone who ended up in prison and on drugs. He was saved and has built a new life after prison with tile installation being his work to keep him out of prison and a productive member of society. He is very passionate about helping others do the same.
