Thomas Williams is an NFL Player Engagement Ambassador, author, speaker, and philanthropist.
Thomas works with athletes, students, and professionals challenging them to push beyond a mundane lifestyle and enter into a life of GREATNESS.
In 2008, after playing for USC, Thomas entered the NFL when he was drafted by the Jacksonville Jaguars.
As he played for the Jaguars, New England Patriots, Buffalo Bills and Carolina Panthers, Thomas mastered four principles that influenced his careers on and off the field: goal setting, leadership, accountability, and fostering winning team cultures. These principles are at the very core of his programs.
Only 1% of college athletes will go pro, but 100% of ALL athletes will retire. Thomas’ passion for helping college student athletes to see beyond the scoreboard comes from his personal journey as he transitioned from a successful football career to fulfilling his life’s purpose, motivating and encouraging others in transition.
He wants to instill in every student the understanding that greatness does not exist in the jersey, greatness exists in the athlete.
