Bert Astacio is a holistic life coach who has been in the wellness fitness industry for over 25 years. He has help thousands of people change their health and their lives by teaching, encouraging, and supporting them to find meaning in their experiences along with sharing a practical approach to health. Bert's unique story of his own humble beginnings has led him into many areas on his own path of searching to love and heal himself. This has made Bert into a powerful well-rounded person who has the empathy and wisdom to helps others do the same. Bert currently coaches’ individuals, groups, and is a speaker on a variety of topics on health, balance and meaning.
