Emily Pappas has a strong background in the physiological sciences, holding a bachelor’s degree in biology with a concentration in biochemistry, and a master’s in exercise physiology. She is an adjunct instructor at Temple University and the founder of Relentless Athletics. Relentless is a company driven by science that focuses on the development of female athletes through strength training, sports nutrition, and sports injury rehabilitation.
