Ben is joined by Andrew (insert mechanical transformation sound) to form this week’s hosting duo! What’s new with them? Ben’s still playing “Dave the Diver,” but is having trouble getting through the grind. Andrew is adjusting to a “new baby schedule,” and working toward the completion of his second novel set in the “Larry-verse.” After the obligatory definition proceedings, Andrew shares the origin of his Partly Robot moniker. Then they dive in to a conversational exploration of memorable robots in assorted forms of media. Andrew talks about watching the movie “Robot and Frank,” and then Ben excitedly talks about his experiences with “RoboCop: Rogue City.” Within the mishmash of it all, they also have a teachable moment… don’t smoke at the gas station or else you’ll end up like Emil.
