With worldwide events since March 2020 causing major changes in the world of L&D, virtual training is receiving a massive boost in usage. Previously face-to-face workshops and topics are being run over Zoom, Microsoft Teams and a host of other platforms. But how do we make sure the learning experiences we design are right for virtual?
