In this episode, I'm talking with Mark Herschberg who is an expert in Career Skills, as well as working part-time as a Technical Director for numerous companies and as a lecturer at MIT.

Mark started as a software engineer during the Dot Com era and knew that he wanted to be a technical director in a company – but came to realise that, in order to do so, he also had to become accomplished in leadership and team building skills too.

During our conversation, we cover such topics as:

- the importance of communication at all levels of an organisation;

- how to enjoy networking events; and

- why focussing on just one area of expertise may not be the best idea.

Overall, Mark gives us a masterclass in finding a direction and building all the skills and experience that you need to get to where you want to be.

In other words, how to create your success.
