In this episode, I'm talking with Thomas Kereszti who is a former Fortune 500 CEO and author of the book “C-Suite and Beyond: Unlock Your Potential with the 4 Keys to Leadership Success

Thomas is a great believer in sharing ideas and, in this interview, he shares these 4 key areas with us. They were developed out of his own experience and through observing what worked and what didn't work for him. When he applied his principles to other major firms he realised that it was not unique to him and could be applied to all of us.

In addition, we also explore such topics as:

  • the difference between Authority and Leadership;
  • why you should treat Business and Family in a similar way; and
  • the importance of recognising that what you do is not who you are.

Plus, he picks out the 3 key questions that every leader should be able to answer.
