We spent our 20s working our way up, making a lot of efforts to gain that extra bit of responsibility, money or fancy-sounding title, but when 30 comes knocking, the chances are you've changed. Your goals and aspirations have moved in a different direction. Yes, it might feel a bit scary to switch things up but it's never too late to start something you truly want to be doing. Changing your career in your 30s takes grit and courage. Patience is key. You'll have to work hard, but more importantly work smart. Once you get where you want to be you will be thrilled with the pay off. On today's episode of The Stephanie Show, I talk about taking the long road and building a customer-centric business with a successful businesswoman : Elke Rubath. Elke is the founder of Rubath Wealth, a Toronto-based insurance and wealth management advisory firm. A lawyer by training, she is currently the Board Chair at Lycée Français de Toronto, a member of the Professional Advisory Council at SickKids Foundation, and a Co-Founder and Chair of Fashion Heals in support of SickKids.
