My name is Sally Jackson Freeman and I have been working in the music industry since the 80’s. I started out as a runner in my Dad’s recording studio working with such iconic bands as Motorhead and have just completed a 10 year stint at Glastonbury in the Dance Field working with artists such as Stormzy and Fatboy Slim. In recent years I have lecturing on a masters course at Tileyard Studios, BIMM and had the privilege to mentor the next generation of music industry professionals around the world. Over the past 30 plus years in the music business I have pretty much seen and heard it all, the good, the bad and the ugly…. The one thing I know beyond doubt, is that behind every superstar, is a huge team of highly successful and talented individuals who help the artists realise and monetise their talent.
