This episode is the third 45 minutes of the event and it will cover a bombshell circumstantial witness in the form of panelist and legal giant Judge Laurence Silberman for the charge of a rigged appellate court " en banc" hearing of cases during the Watergate Scandal , abuses of evidence in defiance of the Brady requirements including the star witness John Dean's story changes all hidden from the Defense Attorneys in the case.
