Episode 407 is Part 1 of a 2 part interview with a friend and past competitor from our high school days. Scott McCowan is now an insurance agent in Lebanon, Missouri, but also the father of a current women's NCAA Division 1 basketball player and he is a former NAIA level basketball and football player himself. Scott also coached college basketball after he graduated from college. In this 1st part of the interview, Scott and I cover his background in sports, his current job and his family. We then get into his daughter, Raegan's, experience in her recruitment to Western Illinois University and her 1st year of playing basketball at the NCAA Division 1 level. Listen and step into the McCowan family's shoes and learn about recruiting.
