In 2017, Natalie Sykes, Holistic Therapist and Certified Life Coach experienced one of the most difficult years of her life. Not only did she have a mental health breakdown, but she was recovering from a heroin and cocaine addiction, however, at the back of her mind, she ALWAYS knew that her purpose was to get through this to empower others.
