Sakiko Reuterskiold is the founder of Nomosu, a company which is on a mission to make sweetness healthy (for us and the planet). Sakiko began her journey while searching for honestly sugar free sweet treats that tasted good, and found....nothing. So, like many of the women on this podcast, she decided to fix the problem. Nomosu has done rigorous tests to develop a sugar replacement that is natural, fructose free and actually good for your health.
*** The information in this episode is not dietary or nutrition advice. In fact, we specifically talk about the importance of personalised nutrition. If personalised nutrition advice is what you're after, please speak to a health professional. ***
In this episode we talk about:

  • What 'sugar' is actually made up of;
  • Natural sweet ingredients that are fructose-free;
  • The learning journey went on and why it is so important that her product is science backed;
  • The impact on sugar on our health;
  • The impact of sugar on the environment;
  • What the future of sweetness might look like.
