As Neil prepares to relocate from Colorado to Louisiana in the next phase of his life to be closer to his sons and grandchildren, he takes time to reflect and share stories with Jimmy on the development of the Able Shepherd program and the countless memories made along the way.

To say Neil has had an impact on every individual he has worked or trained with, to include Jimmy and the Able Shepherd program is a massive understatement. Quite literally we would not be where we are today without the knowledge, experience, guidance and wisdom which Neil has imparted on us all.
